Meet the team

Small team. Whole system.

Two co-founders own every conversation and every line of code, with a cybersecurity professional on security and technical risk. No account managers, no hand-offs, no outsourced bench.

Co-Founder

Ryan Halucha

Development, backend systems, and turning concepts into working products.

Ryan builds the systems behind the sites: databases, backends, integrations, and the custom functionality that off-the-shelf tools can't provide. Every WebShift platform, portal, and admin runs on foundations he designed to keep growing after launch.

Security & Technical Risk

Cybersecurity Lead

Security reviews, architecture, and the risk behind every system we ship.

A cybersecurity professional with SOC and MSSP experience supports WebShift on security reviews, security architecture, vulnerability analysis, and security automation. That means the platforms we build are looked at the way an attacker would look at them, before a client ever has to.

Security capability

Security is a discipline on the team, not a checkbox on the proposal.

WebShift is supported by a cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in security operations, so security is a discipline we bring to the work, not a line on a proposal.

  • Security review

A structured look at a website or platform: configuration, dependencies, access control, data handling, and exposure.

  • Security architecture

Designing authentication, roles, secrets, logging, and backups into a system from the start.

  • Vulnerability analysis

Finding and rating weaknesses, then fixing them or writing the plan to.

  • Security automation

Monitoring, alerting, and response steps that run without a person watching a screen.

  • Threat modeling

Working out what an attacker would target in your system and closing the likely paths first.

  • Penetration testing (scoped)

Available as a separately scoped engagement with defined targets, rules, and a written report.

A security review is not a penetration test. Penetration testing is offered only as a separately scoped engagement with agreed targets, rules of engagement, and a written report.

Talk to the people who'll build it.

Every project starts with a conversation with a co-founder, and ends with the same person answering the phone after launch.
